Terms and Conditions (T&C)

2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the contractual terms between PAVO COLOR Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the Client concerning the provision of services and sale of products.
The T&C apply to all services provided by the Service Provider, regardless of whether the Client is a natural person (consumer) or a legal entity (business).
3. Scope of Services
Main activities of the Service Provider include:
- metal and surface treatment,
- vehicle repair and maintenance,
- wholesale and retail of chemical products and industrial supplies,
- other industrial and transport-related services, haulage and logistics support.
Services may be requested via phone, e-mail, or in person.
The website is for informational purposes only — online ordering is not available.
4. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is established once the Client accepts the Service Provider’s offer in writing (via e-mail) or orders the work or delivery.
By accepting the order, the Client declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The contract is concluded in Hungarian, does not qualify as a written contract, but communication between the parties via e-mail serves as valid proof.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are determined based on individual quotations.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
Unless otherwise stated, the payment deadline is 8 calendar days from the invoice date.
In case of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code.
6. Delivery and Performance
The Service Provider undertakes the delivery, collection, or on-site receipt of ordered products, materials, or vehicles as agreed.
The performance date is specified in the order confirmation.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the delivery deadline in cases of force majeure (e.g., supplier delays, transport disruption, power failure).
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The Service Provider provides warranty in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree No. 151/2003 (IX. 22.).(IX. 22.)
The warranty applies only to proper use. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper storage, transport, or interference.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit, production downtime, or delays caused by the Client) are excluded.
The Service Provider ensures safe storage of items handed over for repair or treatment, but the Client must provide prior information about their condition.
9. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
If the service is provided remotely (e.g., via e-mail), the consumer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), except when the performance has started with the consumer’s prior consent before the deadline.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, descriptions, documents, technological solutions, and graphical elements appearing on h-terdesign.hu are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
Their copying, use, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Data Protection
The Service Provider uses personal data solely for fulfilling orders and maintaining contact, in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Hungarian Data Protection Act.

12. Complaints and Legal Disputes
Complaints can be submitted in writing or verbally using the contact details above.
The Service Provider shall respond to complaints within 30 days.
In case of dispute, parties shall first seek amicable resolution; failing that, the Veszprém District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumers may also turn to the Veszprém County Conciliation Board.
13. Final Provisions
These T&C are valid until revoked. Any modifications take effect upon publication on h-terdesign.hu.
By placing an order or using the service, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
